In the past week I've hit a few major milestones. I've run my 2nd 5K with a PR, I hit my 1 year mark for my diet, I logged into MFP for 370 days in a row, went to family party where I basically had to re-introduce myself (not really but amuse me) and I got to scratch 3 goals off my list with one of them being jogging 6 (6.2 total) miles straight. That is not a typo, I jogged a 10K. Plus, I got my Facebook and Twitter pages up and running to make it easy to follow my ramblings. Thanks to everyone at home and online for the support this past year. I really do appreciate it.
