Race Reports and Goals

Welcome to my Race Reports and Goals page.  I plan on doing a race report for each race I compete in.  Good or bad, I hope to have something in here.  I've also posted some goals I'd like to achieve either in a race or just training.  It wasn't to long ago a 1/4 mile was pushing it for me.

Most recent goal updated: Jog 10 miles straight, ran first 10K

Goals:

-Jog 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 miles
-Jog 11 miles
-Sign up and compete in 5K
-Complete 5K without walking
-Sign up and compete in 2nd 5K
-2nd 5K set new PR
-Break 30 mins in 5K
-Sign up and complete my 1st 10K
-Ride 10, 15 miles
-Ride 20 miles
-Ride 30 miles
-Ride 40 miles
-Ride 50 miles
-Sign up and compete in Sprint Duathlon/Triathlon
-Sign up and compete in 2nd Sprint Dual/Tri
-Sign up and compete in Olympic Dual/Tri
-Any race, any division, MEDAL
