Year One in Charts

Someone asked if I would post my totals for the entire year.  The very first week is 0 since that was my starting weight.  So Week 1 would technically be my first weigh in.  You will see my starting weight, how much I ended up losing that week, how many minutes I exercised, and how many calories burned from exercise.  Minus the first 4-5 weeks, about 98% of the workouts after that I used a Polar FT7 HRM.  Any questions, please feel free to ask.

  1. What this proves that its much easier and realistic to weigh-in weekly versus daily like I do because you become obsessed with your weight. Nice job..

So since you have been my major inspiration and even though I know our journeys are so much different I wanted to compare how I am doing weightloss wise compared to you at this time. 16ish weeks in....and I am a few pounds behind. I do not have a time frame on my weight loss/life change but I know my goal is 100 lbs, I have not put a time frame on it but of course like to see what is possible.By the way...thanks for the support and tough love :)

  3. NP Jami and happy to help. I didn't have a time frame either. I lost what I lost when I lost it. While our journeys are different they are also the same. We both want to live healthier active lives. Same goal just using a different route. :) Your doing great, keep it up!
